Building a Custom Odoo ERP Module for Legal Case Management
August 31, 2026Read Post
Affiliate Plus needed to be more than a static directory: publishers needed to browse, filter, and compare hundreds of affiliate programs across dozens of categories and multiple ad networks, all in a fast, modern interface.
The Brief
Build a full affiliate marketplace from scratch: program browsing, category filters, a network directory, and promo listings, structured to comfortably scale as the program catalog grows.
How We Built It
- Full-stack React architecture: built the entire platform as a custom React application rather than adapting an off-the-shelf directory template.
- Scalable data structure: designed the underlying data model to handle hundreds of programs across dozens of categories without performance issues.
- Category and network filtering: built fast, client-side filtering so publishers can narrow results instantly.
- Network directory: a dedicated section for browsing affiliate networks alongside individual programs.
The Result
Affiliate Plus launched as a live directory covering hundreds of affiliate programs across dozens of categories, with a network directory and promo listings built into the same platform, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Why This Matters for Your Project
A custom-built application gives you room to grow that template-based directories don't. If you're outgrowing a no-code tool or an off-the-shelf plugin, a purpose-built React application is often the more scalable long-term investment.
